Property very quiet, planned it between summer and winter seasons. Property well-maintained inside our rental as well as the grounds. All communication was done via text and email which was nice. They often texted asking how our night was and if we needed anything. The Heavenly shops were about 1.3 miles away, a nice walking path to get there. Definitely check out Heidi’s for breakfast next to property. Only negatives were that there was no kcup coffee maker and the bed and pillows were extremely hard. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is lovely place with lots of amenities - lake front, walking distance to shops and Wholefoods etc. We stayed over the Xmas holidays. Although we did not have too much snow but the scenic hiking trail, lake, holiday decoration are all worthwhile as reset . The service staff are really friendly and proactive to make it easier for our stay. Thank you very much!One suggestion - The air is really dry. The hot air heater makes it even drier. It world be nice to have humidifiers in the condo. The constant on-and-off of the hot air heater at night is a bit loud for us. ##### Xiaoming Y. Stayed 5 nights in Dec 2023 ### 6/10 Okay #### Elena R. 21 Oct 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Loud furnace- nice location Goods: location, clean, washer & dryer, some basics in the kitchen (oil salt pepper cookware) towels for beach, private beach, hot tubs/pool Not so good: furnace so loud that we had to turn off to sleep ( we are somewhat light sleepers) Those on 3rd level loft have to come down 2 floors for restroom- wanted us to not leave key for bears to get in garbage bins but there wasn’t a key- lock on door had a small issue and wouldn’t automatically lock. They don’t want furniture moved- coffee table in living room is to far to put your beverage on soooo ?? Lots of texts from the management company the week of traveling. Made things stressful when you have a busy week working. To many dos and donts to remember. They were quick at replying though. The property was clean and comfortable. 1 bathroom gets hectic at times with a teenage girl, but it worked Kitchen is nice and it's great to not have other guests staying above you. We used the pool and beach multiple times, which are both convenient and relaxing. There were always multiple scooters to rent, out front of property, which makes a short ride to Stateline. Great Breakfast place next door, and you can easily walk to 2 different rental facilities, to rent a Sea-Doo, Boat, or Stand-up Paddle Board. We loved the facilites and would definitely recommend this property to friends. We will be back. ##### Darren H.
