The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is tired and dated, needs renovations. Pictures do not show quality of unit - RNR should have a rating system as I would not have booked a C or D rated unit. King mattress needs replacing as there is a trough on one side you fall into and cannot get out of, the carpet is dirty and feels so gross you don't want to walk with bare feet on it, hair dryer was blown (3 girls getting ready for a wedding -just imagine), when we arrived the property it was over 90 degrees inside and impossible to cool off till later that evening. So not a great experience for any of us.Location is great on the beach - pool was iffy with scum on the surface in the corners, firepits were nice also. Parking is a MESS but under construction some what so it is what it is. They send you lots of emails ahead of time if you have time to read them and did follow up with me once on property, not that they were able to do anything to make things better. And dangerous entrance with all the bikers, scooters and walkers trying to pull into traffic and into the proeprty. ##### Dana G. They kept us up to date on information needed for our stay, even upcoming weather and bear precautions. They are the best rental company I have ever used- would not rent from anyone else! Beautiful lake view and easy access, convenient to shops, restaurants, Heavenly Gondola and the transit center! The unit was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful property in a centralized location. Property management staff was very friendly and helpful. Rental was very cozy and within a few minutes walk to the beach. Only complaint is the cleaning crew overlooked the loft area. There were food crumbs on the carpet between the beds and there were dirty clothes under the beds. Owners offered to have someone come clean it the next day but we were checking out. No offer to reimburse any portion of the rental price to offset the ick of wondering if other things hadn't been properly cleaned.
