Perfect as a base for skiing at Heavenly, Sierra, Kirkwood & Squaw Valley ski resorts. Your mountain getaway is available for easy long-term use (30-day minimum stay) and boasts fantastic indoor/outdoor living space with two decks, a Great Room, and a primary suite offering spectacular views. Set on a private beach in the prestigious gated community of Cascade Properties -- an area known for its exceptionally calm and crystal-clear waters. Minutes to Emerald Bay, Fallen Leaf Lake, and Camp Richardson.

The inviting great room features huge windows with sweeping water views. Unwind in the sitting area, detailed with comfortable furniture, while a granite wood-burning fireplace sits at the heart of the room. The family room offers two sofas and one queen sleeper sofa set before a 60-inch TV. Whip up hearty meals in the well-stocked kitchen, and gather at the dining table before a wall of windows. Mix drinks at the wet bar set beside a bistro table.

The spacious primary suite boasts a king bed, a 55-inch TV, and an en-suite with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a full-over-full bunk bed. A third bedroom offers a queen bed and deck access. Enjoy a half bath and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer are provided.

Step out to the upper-level deck for breathtaking lake views. There's seating for seven around a dining table and a grill. A lower-level deck leads to a shared dock. (A nearby buoy is available for guest tie-off; it requires a guest-supplied dinghy or raft for access.) Enjoy vacationing in a spectacular winter snowscape right on the lake with roads plowed by the HOA throughout the winter.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.

Dock details: There is a private dock for guest use. Please be courteous to neighbors as well as any watercraft in the area.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
