Your back deck overlooks Lake Tahoe, and a private beach is among the amenities you'll access here, as well as a hot tub and fitness center. Heavenly Resort is just 1.5 miles away, and several restaurants and shops are within walking distance. This home does not have air conditioning. This home is centrally located one block west of Ski Run Blvd., just a 1.5 mi drive to Heavenly Mountain Resort and Stateline, and walking distance to Safeway grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and bowling. This home has comfortable sleeping and dining space for 8 people including children, or 8 max for a group of all adults. Beautiful view, cozy with lots of seating. Well equipped kitchen for cooking and baking. TVs are cumbersome to use (including dead Apple TV remote) so we ended up just casting a movie from our iPhone. Then we gave up and played games instead which was fun! But if you’re planning to watch movies as we had planned, best wishes for that. Otherwise we loved the space and hope to rent this specific unit again! ##### Greg B. The property is right on the water of the lake and it made for beautiful morning views before hitting the slopes. The kitchen was well apointed with Sub Zero refirgerators and all of the things we needed to cook were available to us. The fireplace was warm, and the bedrooms comfortable. The pier was just a few houses down and made for a great photo with friends. The jacuzzi was large and close by- a little crowded, but we found a time where it wasn't. Alll in all, it was a great place to stay and allowed for us to have more time together due to its convenient location. There's a wine bar 10 minutes walk to the west, and there's a whole foods accross the street. I'd highly recommend this location with a group of 4 or more friends to enjoy it all. It also was children friendly with a sweet loft on the 3rd floor. ##### Lucas W. But only 2 bath towels per bathroom and the downstairs bedroom is very dark. I wouldn’t want to stay in the summer without AC. But overall it was very nice and the beds were comfortable. The property manager was very accessible too. The only other issue was the water bugs in the downstairs bathroom. You can’t leave anything open on the counter because they crawl into the bag. The views of the lake and snow capped mountains just from the back patios were breathtaking. We had our toddler with us so the convenience of being able to step out onto your “backyard” for fun in the snow and quickly back in for snacks and nap time was priceless. I appreciated the organized communication from the property manager, RnR, very much. As a disclaimer, this unit does have quite a few stairs. Though we rented a baby gate, it didn’t quite work well with the ornate railing. So we did spend a lot of time trying to barricade the area or following our toddler around so he wouldn’t accidentally tumble down in his exploration. ##### Darlene T. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd time in this unit. We love the location of the unit and the view of the lake. We sit on the deck every morning and evening with our coffee. Our granddaughters love it . This time though, the mattress in the upper loft is completely collapsed and no good , my granddaughter rolled out of the bed and could not sleep there. Decor could use an update. Still love being there.
