It made our trip incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The house itself had plenty of space for our family of 7, along with some friends of our kids who joined us. We particularly loved the pool table and hot tub, which kept everyone entertained and happy. It felt like the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. However, I must mention that the beds were quite uncomfortable. On the first night, none of us got a good night's sleep because the beds were so hard. My husband and I even had to buy additional pillows to make it somewhat better, but it still felt like sleeping on the floor. This was the only reason why I couldn't give the home a full 5-star rating. ##### Jeri Marie F. The property management team was extremely responsive to all our little requests/questions. The house was very clean upon arrival and it was in a nice peaceful location compared to the hustle and bustle of the lake. It was a very hot week when we visited and we cooled the house down by opening certain windows once the sun went down and in the mornings, so we strategically managed without A/C. The kids loved the bunk room and arcade games! Lastly, RNR was very accommodating to some date changes well before our actual stay which was very convenient and helpful to our family. The location was great for getting downtown or to the water. It was a very quiet neighborhood and a nice place to take walks. Very clean! We appreciated all the games they had and used them.
