You will appreciate the convenience of this beautiful 4 bedroom home located in the Montgomery Estates area of South Lake Tahoe - only three miles from Heavenly Ski Resort! The large dining room and open floor plan is ideal for family gatherings. There is a high chair, booster seat and a portable crib which allows for trouble free packing. Big screen TV's in both the living room and den, are perfect for watching a movie, or sporting event.
This home is located close to hiking and mountain bike trails. Relax in your private hot tub after a day on the slopes or at the beach. This home is a great start to your Tahoe vacation.
For those who need to work while on vacation, this home is equipped with high speed internet access - (we neither guarantee or troubleshoot the service).

We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be aware that strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. Neighbors are sensitive to noise. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fines (as well as fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub between 10 PM and 8 AM per ordinance. Quiet hours must be observed from 10 PM till 8 AM but please be aware that excessive noise at any hour could be actionable. Maximum occupancy is enforceable by fines during quiet hours.

*Children under the age of 5 are not included in occupancy calculation.

Big!!

Checkin is excellent with this company. No hiccups for us. House is huge, fairly well equipped. Only complaint is many had problems with congestion and stuffiness the moment they stepped into the house. Looked clean on the surface but if one looks very close this house needs a deep, deep cleaning!! Stated it was a three car garage but it was only two as 3rd garage door inoperable. So 2 cars in and 3 outside. Hot tub was great. Thank you. But it did serve it's purposes for our group. Thank you......it was affordable when many are not up there.
