The room exceeded our expectations. High end appearance and accommodations. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchenette a plus. Bedding was excellent, plenty of towels in the bathroom. Drawback- Wish there was a handheld shower.

Heavenly Valley Lodge
It was a quiet lodge. No staff were around, which wasn't an issue for our 1 night stay. The room was comfortable, and nicely decorated. A few bottles of water in the fridge would be a nice addition. We appreciated the hot cocoa and tea selection as non-coffee drinkers.

Harrah’s Lake Tahoe – A Caesars Rewards Destination
asked for a humidifier and got one full of dust. My got sick after using it for the night. everything in the hotel looks outdated and old. Nice staff. Skiing is relatively convenient.
