Welcome to 'Koutsoufi', our lovingly restored (2010) traditional Greek house in Tyros. A spacious house in an idylic elevated position with access to mountain footpaths and only a 5-10 minute drive from the beach and the port town of Tyros where one can find all amenities in this traditional fishing port.
Koutsoufi is very much a retreat, a peaceful house, in which is much more than simply a place to sleep. There are two bedrooms, one master bedroom upstairs with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and one large guest bedroom downstairs with 2 double beds and one singles and an en-suite and private access to the terrace. Alternative sleeping spaces could be set up on one of the couches too but we recommend a maximum of 7 people. Koutsoufi is much more than a place to sleep - there is a grand piano in the living room, a large pool table, a well equipped kitchen and an outside cooking and eating area on the sea-view terrace. There is a wood-fired bread oven on the terrace and plenty of parking space outside the house. The house has central heating for the Winter as well as two fireplaces and underfloor heating and underfloor cooling and air conditioning for the Summer. The house has a breathtaking view over the bay of Tyros and an impressive panorama of the steep mountain behind. Koutsoufi is our special place where we hope you will feel at home as well as on holiday.

House was clean, beautifully designed, and had all necessary amenities and fun kitchen. Great views from the hills up above Tyros. We explored great local beaches and towns of Tyros and Leonidio. Also went up to explore the monastery.

What a great and charming place to be! A beautiful windy road through the upper village of Tyros and olive tree groves takes you to this wonderful old house sitting like a crow's nest on the mountainside. Once you entered the main terrace you are not only stunned by the beauty of the place but the breath-taking view - both, to the crystal-blue sea and the steep mountains. The house provides much space and everything you need - even more (if you like playing piano or pool billard). Simply perfect. And there is so much to see and explore in the Tyros region (not only the many beaches) - we would recommend to stay more than 2 weeks if you can. Das Haus ist ein Traum. An Sonnentagen (wir waren im Oktober dort) konnte man auf der wunderschönen Terasse den tollen Ausblick genießen, bei schlechtem Wetter Billard spielen oder am Flügel und mit der Gitarre Musik machen.

Wir waren 4 Personen ü70 und haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Für uns war die Ruhe sehr angenehm und erholsam. Für Erwachsene ohne Kinder ist das Anwesen sehr gut geeignet. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Es ist dem Eigentümer gelungen, Traditionelles mit Modernem so zu verbinden, dass eine Wohlfühloase geschaffen wurde. Fernab von den touristischen Hochburgen konnten wir etwas von dem normalen griechischen Alltag erfahren und erleben. Grüße von Elke,Karin, Bernd und Rolf

#### Welch ein Haus und Aussicht!
Total erholsam mit sagenhauftem Ausblick auf das Meer, diie Berge, Olivenhain ums Haus, das Gezwitscher der Vögel, das Rufen des Kuckucks und das Heulen eines Wolfes und eines Esels. Perfekter Urlaub zum Abschalten. Man benötigt aber ein Auto, am besten nicht zu groß, um den letzten Abschnitts auf einem Feldweg gut zu fahren.Vielen Dank an Dominic und Eleni vor Ort, die sofort zur Stelle ist, als es mal ein kleines Problem gab.Manfred und Wolfram

Dieses Haus ist geschmackvoll und der Umgebung angemessen renoviert worden. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause. Wenn es draussen zu heiß oder kalt sein sollte bieten die gemütlichen Sofas Alternativen zum Fläzen. Sogar die Betten sind gut! Und einfach auf der großen, wunderschönen Terrasse zu sitzen und den Blick aufs Meer oder die Berge schweifen zu lassen ist bereits Erholung. Vielen Dank Dominic und Eireni!

#### Dreamy villa with a view
We so enjoyed our time out this beautiful property. It is a slice of Grecian heaven and the views and vibes are out of this world. Dominic and Eirini were so helpful and went of their way to make our stay amazing. My children loved the pool tables and olive groves and my husband and I loved the terraces and jetted tub. The property is so charming and full of character. We used this as a home base for exploring the Peloponnese and hope to return one day.

Wir haben einen wundervollen Urlaub im Haus von Dominic genossen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt auf hohem Niveau braucht.
