We found the neighborhood to be pretty quiet, and the location was perfect. Very close to the beach. I did drop off my family at the beach, then parked at the house, and jogged back to the beach. About .8-1.2 miles, depending on which side of the beach you go to. It was definitely walking distance to Matunick Oyster Bar, which I highly recommend for lunch or dinner. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and I felt the price was reasonable. The host was very responsive, and though we didn't have any issues, I got the impression that he would have taken care of whatever it is that came up.
