  • Welcome to a private waterfront property with unobstructed views of summer sunsets. The property is located on a secluded, dead end street and located on one of RI's nicest ponds, with water access to the ocean and less than a mile away from one of the State's best beaches.

    - The backyard leads to a private dock, which is perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing (2 kayaks and fishing rods available to renters).
    - The house includes an outdoor grill, picnic table, fire pit, cornhole and croquet set for guest use.
    - Indoor activities: Ping-pong, foosball, board games and dartboard. The main living areas (kitchen, dining room and great room) have been fully renovated (2022). The house sleeps 8 and has private parking for 6 cars (including 2 garage parking spaces). >Property is within 2 miles of a half-dozen restaurant/diner/take-out locations (incl. Dunkin' Donuts) and a National Wildlife Refuge.
