There is a marina a short walk down the street that has a reasonable priced snack bar where you can sit and look at the boats while having breakfast or lunch. The landlord is a nice guy and very responsive. He returned my security deposit immediately. The property was better then the pictures provided😁. It was gorgeous and decorated beautifully. Everything was so clean, new and organized. The host Tom was absolutely incredible. The parade was wonderful bringing back memories of the kind of parades we used to go to years ago!!! We had front row seats at the cottage Tom is a great host and very responsive!!! Plenty of room for 2 people and very clean. Driveway/parking right in front of entrance to house so very easy to load and unload. We didn’t use the backyard but very spacious with bbq and fire pit area. Checking in was very easy with keypad. Kitchen seem to have all utensils. There were both a coffee maker and keureg machine so we wished we had brought our own grind or k-cup. 10-15 minutes to URI campus.
