Amazing!
We stayed for 1 night for our schools gala in Newport. The house was awesome and held all of us comfortably. We were able to have a nice cookout prior to the event with the spacious backyard!

Very nice home
We held a family reunion and this home was used for the quieter family members (older and ones with small kids. It was pet friendly too. Great condition and a great stay.

Close to Newport - perfect for big groups!
This house was pretty perfect for our big group of 11 ladies! The place was very spacious, the rooms were gorgeous, extremely clean, the beds were comfortable + the dinner room had a huge table! I will say that the kitchen was missing some essential equipment’s.... no cookie sheets, no oven mitt, and the oven + dishwasher were difficult to work. Luckily, the hosts were VERY responsive and were easy to communicate with. They sent someone over to help out with both the oven + dishwasher which we really appreciated!

Spotless and well stocked
This house was spacious for 6 adults and 4 children ages 7 months to 17 years old. The location is perfect for walking everywhere and getting to the beach in minutes. The kitchen is well stocked and we are plenty of towels and washcloths. This house is an absolute gem!!

Great Stay
Perfect for a family gathering. Bedrooms were spacious; plenty of towels. Kitchen well stocked. Easy drive to the beaches. Good shopping close by. Nice big dining table. Great parking area. We all enjoyed the house and location. Thank you!

Home away from home
Family and pet friendly. Plenty of outdoor space and charming decor throughout. Open floor plan which makes it easy to make lots of family memories. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back again!

Cannot recommended enough! House was spotless and so adorably decorated. Was absolutely perfect for a group if 11 of us. Only thing we wished for while there in a very well stocked kitchen was a wine opener!

It was a lovely stay, close proximity to Narrangansett. Only challenge we had was the water turned cold when two showers were going at the same time. When we needed more bedding, we appreciated the quick delivery! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Very nice home...
We had a very nice time during our stay...happy with the accommodations and they supply all you need for a beach vacation including beach chairs and beach towels. My only complaint, and it's not about the house, is that Narragansett beach does not cater at all to tourists/out of towners. They have tons of available parking spaces, but won't allow you to use them unless you are a resident or have a parking pass. Then once you park a mile away on the street somewhere they charge $12.00 a person just to step on the beach. We did it, but would never go back to that beach again. Other than that, great stay!

Thank you for your nice comments and feedback. Yes, I agree, about the Narragansett Town beach, it's very unfair how they can eliminate out of state cars and non-residents and waste all that parking space. I hope you were able to enjoy the other 3 main state beaches that Narragansett has to offer.

Wakefield Beach House
The house was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. It was within walking distance to some restaurants and shops and very convenient to all area beaches. Checkin and checkout were very easy and the house had sheets and beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Perfect getaway, thank you!

Very cute home
The home is for sale so there was a lot of people driving by the house and stopping to stare during our stay. We were creeped out by it until we realized the house was on the market (no signs were up). We enjoyed our stay; beautifully decorated home, good size for a 10 person group. The home had everything we needed to have a few meals during our trip. Property manager didn’t give exact check in instructions so we were confused a bit. Very minor detail, but we would still 10/10 recommend. Thank you!

Fun stay
This house is at a convenient location not far from the highway. We were happy with how spacious the house was, even for 9 ppl. But all the beds were too soft. There were plenty of plates and utensils but lacked a big enough cutting board, knives, and napkins. Some complimentary keurig coffee would have been nice as well.

Mini vacation
We stayed at the property for 4 days and had a great time. the property manager, Robin, was very helpful and prompt with answering all our questions and requests. Great house, very nicely decorated, with all beach accessories available, including the chairs and umbrellas. The location is very convenient and there is a nice beach 12 min ride from the house. The property was fairly priced, with the exception of the cleaning and VRBO fees. Both fees added up to a daily rental fee.

On behalf of the $375 cleaning fee I must say that it is a fair price charged by our big cleaning crew to specifically wash, dry, disinfect and clean all of the linens, bath towel sets, beach towels, furnishings, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, Deck and grill. And hosing and disinfecting out the rubbish containers.

Good house for a weekend getaway
We spent a weekend in this house as two families of four (4 adults, 4 kids) and one babysitter. The house is nicely updated and was clean overall. The communications with the property manger/owner (Robin) was excellent; she let us check-in early and we extended our check-out time with no issues at all. Here are some quick pros and cons: Pros: * Clean and updated * Comfortable beds * Plenty of beach towels, chairs and umbrellas * Nice linens and bathroom towels * Easy check-in and check-out process * Walking distance to some shops and restaurants in Wakefield Cons: * Did feel a bit snug with a party of our size, especially with only two bathrooms. May be better for 4-6 people vs 8-10. * While you could walk into town, the beach was more of a drive than we anticipated (though reviews not misleading...just would be better to be a bit closer to beach next time. )

Great location
This house was close to everything Narragansett and Wakefield have to offer. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available and the kitchen was very clean. The bedrooms were all a good size. Lovely towels and linens! The back deck had a perfect afternoon breeze. The A/C was a lifesaver. Very easy and prompt communication with property manager. This has all the advantages of a beach house with all the comforts of a “real” home.

Fantastic house in a great location!!
We loved our 3 night stay at this beautiful house. We traveled with our children and dogs to attend my grandfather’s funeral. Having this house during this time was of great comfort to our family. The house is clean, comfortable and conveniently located. We will absolutely stay here again when our travels bring us back to the area.
