Bedroom has new double bed. A double daybed in living room too. Cottage sits on 1 acre and is ideally situated just 2 miles from Green Hill & Charlestown Beach. And just minutes to Matunuck, East Matunuck, Moonstone & Blue Shutter beaches as well! Central AC, free Wifi. Washer/ Dryer. After the beach, enjoy all the local amenities; award winning restaurants, shops, parks, trails, and theatre & festivals. Thoughtful is just one word I'd use to describe the location, and this is displayed in the clever and well-intentioned use of space, the color palette, the care with which the bathroom and the outdoor shower have been constructed. Second, the owners are attentive and communicative. They made it super easy to move around in the space and I felt that my needs were anticipated. Our exchanges were delightful and respectful, both ways. Last, the place was easy to find--great directions--and the property has been marked clearly and cleanly in order for an out-of-towner to figure out their way in.
