We had an incident where a neighbor was crabby during one of the largest snowstorms in 2025, but this is not the fault of the property. I think just some people are crabby!! Everyone having their own attached bathroom was great as well. Upstairs and downstairs laundry facilities were very convenient. Landscaping was beautiful and well-kept. We could not have asked for a better location; just a few minute walk to the beach and a short walk to the downtown area. The outdoor shower was perfect for returning from the beach. ##### Michael T. Location was amazing, walking distance from the beach shops and restaurants. The home was immaculately clean, spacious, with each bedroom having its own bathroom.
