A canopy of trees shades the drive leading to this secluded retreat. The property boasts a wooded lot, perfect for exploration and family gatherings around the fire pit. Unwind on any of the three decks and bask in the tranquil lake sounds. The cottage features a modern, open interior with a combined kitchen, living, and dining area. The kitchen is well-appointed with a large island that seats four, complemented by a spacious dining table seating eight. All living spaces, including the four bedrooms and two bathrooms, are conveniently located all on one floor. The master bedroom comes with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. Both the second and third bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds, ample dressers, and closets. The fourth bedroom, designed for children or as a "bunk room," features a custom-built twin-over-twin bunk bed and a full-sized bed. For breathtaking sunset views, stroll to the end of 3rd Street to the neighborhood association's viewing deck.
