Located in a desirable area with access to a community pool and scenic hiking and biking trails connecting to city centre South Haven and Van Buren State Park, this home offers both convenience and outdoor fun.



The finished lower level features a game room with shuffleboard, wet bar, and additional sleeping space, while the backyard invites gatherings around the fire pit, grilling, and yard games. Enjoy walkable access to Kids Corner Park and the Blue Stairs beach access at South Beach. Just a mile to city centre shops and dining!



Pool is open to the guests of All In at Trailside from Memorial Day to Labour Day

*Use of the pool is limited to registered guests of All In at Trailside, no additional guests or day visitors are permitted.

Note: The pool is typically open from the start of Memorial Day weekend to the end of Labour Day weekend.



House Rules and Policies

- Maximum Occupancy is 14 people

- No smoking

- No events, parties, or large gatherings

- Must be at least 25 years old to book

- Additional fees and taxes may apply

- The manager has multiple homes in the area should you need additional space for your large group

- NOTE: Home has a decibel monitoring sensor outside of the home.



PAYMENT TERMS:

25% of the rental fee is due at booking, the remaining 75% is due 90 days before the check-in date
