The front porch is perfect for sipping morning coffee while enjoying the peaceful mountain views and the wildlife as they pass by. A large back deck and a spacious fenced backyard are perfect for sharing stories and unwinding after a day of exploration. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs, and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max of $250 per stay). Whether hiking, fishing, biking, catching a play at the Creede Repertory Theatre, or skiing at Wolf Creek Ski Area, the Creede Collection has your perfect private lodging accommodations. Consistent with most Colorado mountain homes, the home does not offer air-conditioning. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s. Book 7+ nights and a 10% discount is automatically applied (does not apply during Christmas/New Year's and 4th of July holidays). \*\*\*\*ALL STAYS OVER 30 DAYS WILL REQUIRE A MID-STAY CLEAN. Longer stays will require cleans every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense\*\*\* Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. Best of all was the huge fenced in yard for our dogs to have space to enjoy! Surrounding views are just beautiful.
