Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount, while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. Great property in a perfect location. since there were only the two of us we never used the "loft" upstairs, but it's large with a nice sitting area and a TV, so this would be excellent for two couples or a larger family. This is the reason you use a professional Property Management company, the cleanest, best maintained home we have ever stayed in, and the communication was excellent. Icing on the cake... large fenced in yard so our dog had a blast as well. ##### Scott W. We absolutely loved this cabin. It was almost perfect. We had some trouble with the internet and Dish Tv... I think probably just normal for this "remote" area. I don't think the satellite TV is hooked up any more. Beds were comfy. Everything we could need was supplied in the kitchen. We definitely want to stay here agin on our trip skiing next year. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: place was very nice and very clean. the main issue was we couldn't get in when we first got there and our cell phones didn't work there and it was dark when we arrived. LUCKILY the neighbors were home and they let us use there cell phone and land line. I texted a number and said our cadence was not working. Finally I got a text back with what II thought. was going to be a different code and it was the same one I had. I tried a different phone # and left a message. I did finally get. a call back with a different cadence that worked. Thank god for these awesome neighbors who brought complete strangers into the house to help. We would have had to drive some where to. get cell coverage. Not a real important issue to us but. the. TV was a pain . Like I said though the place was very clean and the location was awesome. You guys should reach out to to the neighbors. and thank them of. helping. us. This property was amazing! We are a 63 year old couple who just wanted to relax, fish, hike, and sight see, and this "cabin" was just the right place to enjoy our vacation. Karla was a sweetheart and offered her assistance should we need anything. The home is located in a "country neighborhood" environment with another home just across the driveway, but very few of the homes were occupied while we were there, so there was little to no traffic. However, I do not think it would have been intrusive if there were more people around as there was plenty of space to enjoy peace and quiet. Just an excellent home close to the mountains and river - across the gravel road. The owner provided almost all the "necessities" needed (i.e., paper towels, toilet paper, coffee pot and Keurig w/choices of coffees, kitchen utensils, spices, condiments, etc.). We really hope we will be able to stay here again next year and would love to bring my older sister and her husband with us as it was our normal tradition to take our "fishing" vacation with them, but due to her cancer treatment, they were not able to join us this year. We pray they will be able to join us next year at this amazing "HOME!" Sincere thanks to the owners for allowing us the privilege of staying here! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was perfect. Plenty of space for our family of 5 plus our two pups. The fenced in yard was a huge bonus. Location was ideal, 10 mins from South Fork, 20 from Creede, 30 from Wolf Creek.
