  • Beautifully redone upscale Smart Home 1 mile from the campus of the University of Notre Dame and Eddy Street Commons. The home is freshly redone with new furniture, beds, appliances, Youtube TV, and Home Security system. It is the perfect place to stay for a weekend visit or a business trip. The home is located in a quiet older neighborhood and has rear parking access.

    This home was freshly remodeled and has been furnished with new furniture and appliances. The home is kept very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. You can relax and unwind in the living room that is equipped with a 55in TV with over 20,000 movies to choose from. You will also feel safe and secure with access to use the home security system with your own personal code if you choose to do so. The beds are extremely soft and comfortable to ensure you get a great nights sleep! This place is the perfect place that is close to ND and downtown South Bend while also giving you all of the necessary amenities to enjoy your stay.

    You can use pretty much all of the property with the exception of the basement.

    The neighborhood is an up and coming neighborhood that is usually pretty quiet. It’s important to be respectful to the neighbors.

    You can park in the back of the house if you have a vehicle. It is located right along the alleyway. It is a $6 uber to downtown and to ND campus.
