"I’ll start off with the positives: The room is air conditioned and spacious. The terrace can 3-4 people max. The fact that I was about 40 or so steps from the beach was the ultimate plus. I didn’t need to cook anything since there were restaurants left and right which were easily accessible for the location. They were even willing to offer an early check in which was cool. The negatives were not that many but noticeable. The room can use an upgrade (paint/updated appliances/Clean the mold and water stains). I get it, it’s the first floor but it’s still a place that you’re paying $400 for so you would expect to get your moneys worth. If you’re on the first floor then be prepared to hear anyone that will be staying above you and there isn’t anything you can do about it, that’s just the way the unit is built. I wished they showed the other properties for their location as additional options as I only saw the terrace and the apartment. They also have a hotel right next to the terraces which would’ve also been helpful. The parking was covered but tight, especially if someone is parked next to you. Overall I can give this place a 7/10, would’ve been a solid 9/10 if the upgrades were made."

"The place was clean on arrival. To get into room was hard. The hallway was very dark so I needed to hold my phone and use my flashlight to read the directions on the door n see the key pad. The directing in the key pad didn't even apply to the key pad we had. There was no check mark on the key pad which the directions were for a door with a check mark on the key pad. The inside master bathroom door didn't close n lock. The TV in my kids room didn't work without her ps5. The pool lights didn't work so I've it got dark it was pitch black at the rooftop pool. However, other than that it was great. Good location, no disturbances, and I enjoyed it."

"This property was excellent for a family of 9 and a baby. The 5 bedrooms and the pool is what drew us to this property and it did not disappoint. The open floor plan which included the kitchen (large island), large dinning table, and living room with 2 roomy couches and 2 swivel rocking chairs is where we gathered every day.Brand new washer and dryer and outside shower was a hit! Beds are comfortable too. Plenty of pillows, bath & beach towels. There was even a pac ‘n play, but we had brought our own. We brought our own beach chairs, beach tents, coolers, games, and wagons to easily load everything and walk to the beach.Market was close by if we needed anything. Host was very responsive!"
