"We were a group of 9 adults mostly unrelated so we needed 8 beds. The house is generally a bit tired with all the lounge chairs needing attention. We specifically asked about upstairs showers - yes, there are 2 but they are adjacent so no good for a mixed group of adults - and the stable door on the 2nd toilet makes privacy difficult. Our host Claire was very professional with organising our stay for a family of 4, her communication level was outstanding and she had made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The premises and buildings were a little outdated and rundown and are in need of some TLC.
