The manager came when we came back but I’m absolutely sure this was known issue. We would like a refund for one of the rooms. When we left this morning nobody was on reception to complain to. "An excellent place to stay prior to catching the Caen ferry. The hotel was easily accessed, with a large secure parking area Very welcoming with a comfortable room and a good breakfast was available. There is a very large Le Clerc close by with a restaurant which provided a good evening meal and an opportunity to get items to take home. "
