Awful !! I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with this property. The apartment information is extremely misleading. I arrived shortly after 19:30, but there was nobody there. The entrance was locked, and there was no reception or any clear instructions provided. I waited outside until 21:00, standing alone on a dark street, which made me feel very unsafe. With no way to access the apartment or contact anyone successfully, I was forced to book another hotel at my own expense and leave. To make matters worse, the management was completely unhelpful and dishonest. I paid for a taxi from the airport to the apartment, and despite the fact that I was unable to access the property due to their failure, they refused to refund my payment. Instead, they made excuses and would not take responsibility for the situation. This experience was unacceptable and unprofessional. I strongly recommend staying away from this property.

The staff was very welcoming but the amenities was not that good , breakfast was terrible, no drinking water available other than buying bottles , coffee was horrible, rooms bathroom was very missy and shower’s water goes all over the bathrooms, over all it’s not that good

It is fantastic value for money. It's in the middle of the Medina. Yassine ( the owner ) will do anything for you. He always replies very quickly. An excellent breakfast in a local cafe is also included. Thank you Yassine.

This Riad is not near the Medina as was suggested in the listing. It was a 30 minute walk. Not a single person was there, besides us. They were kind, but this Riad was not very hospitable like the others we stayed in. They were not able to assist us very much or suggest anything. The room was smaller than the photos suggested, and it was cold and rainy but the heater in the room did not work very well as we needed. It was also more expensive than other Riads which are much better. We hoped more of a connection with the Riad and we did not really get that kind of experience

Everything about this hotel was amazing — the staff, service, cleanliness, atmosphere, and overall experience were all excellent. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and felt very comfortable from the moment I arrived. The only thing I wouldn’t recommend is choosing the mountain view room. Personally, I found the view a little disappointing compared to the rest of the experience. I’d definitely recommend choosing a different view if possible. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and I would happily stay here again!
