Here, there is no television, but the song of birds. No streaming subscriptions, but starry nights. No traffic jams, but beautiful walking paths. Nearby: Loire castles, hiking (on foot, horseback, or mountain bike), leisure park, astronomy center. You are welcome in our beautiful and pleasant Sologne! The house consists of a ground floor with a living room (with a sofa bed), a kitchen/dining area, a bathroom, a toilet, and a large upstairs bedroom with a double bed and two single beds that can be joined. A terrace and a garden area allow you to enjoy the outdoors. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac leading to the river (3 km away). The property is bordered by forest and is 1.5 km from the village, where you will find a grocery store, a bakery, a pharmacy, a tobacconist, as well as two tennis courts and a pétanque area.
