Great location. Unfortunately the hotel needs better up-keep and maintenance. Price is good but needs to be modernized. WIFI only available very close to the office area. Pool area is very nice.

Not a bad place at all
Not a bed place to stay — away from the strip but close enough to do what you do —- closer to the Beach — nice clean place —- no hot water but who needs it in the summer —

They charged for the night in the morning another came and knocked on my door saying I have to pay 20 more dollars to him because he is hungry.

Nice pool, decent room. Needs better and more TV channels in English. Could use some hot water. Could use more towels, two soaps and top blankets. Good breakfast.

Hotel from hell
First of all they said they had a van that would pick me up from airport that never happen front desk didn't check me in they had me in their personal phone my reservation had to place chair in front of door at night doors were unsecured the linens were wash by hand and laid in grass outside to dry then when they brought them in to place on your bed they were filled with mosquitoes TV didn't work no hot water at times no face towels to wash with they beach is not in working distances I had to rent a car in order to get to beach if you wanted to walk you have to walk on a major road with fast moving cars and motorcycles at night to go to town that road is not well lit the best thing about this hotel is the WIFI and the pool nothing else is good I would not recommend this place to no one they said free breakfast there was none not even coffee need someone to speak English

I booked the hotel for few hours because my wife and I had plans to ride approx 55km and go to the beach but the place is really bad, even the counter is a disaster and the people that attend the hotel are very weird I can say that i felt even insecure in there. Even the small children pool was dirty. I will never go back

Not a good hotel
Satellite tv is useless, rooms are not cleaned until 4 pm. Staff is friendly and access is good in and out. Breakfast is nothing. Best thing is that hotel is close to beach.

don't waste your vacation
Breakfast was bad and the stuff very unhelpful. The bar only had beer. I've stayed in the area for 2 years and this place was the worst. It's my mistake because I net to stay at sosua sunrise instead of sunset. From the airport the te I driver never herd of it. So I went to sosua and 2 motos and two different other hotels never herd of it. If that's not a red flag I don't know what is.. One hotel called them and someone came and got me.. It was only one mile any.

Very disappointing hotel
This hotel should be advertised to the locals only as it is not a tourist hotel. The price was extremely high for the condition of the hotel. The furniture was falling apart, the walls are dirty, the towels were threadbare, no blankets available for the bed. Payment was in cash Us funds and the price paid twice as much as it should have been. The beach nearby is also for locals. I was very disappointed because the pictures on the website appear to be quite nice.

La chambre était propre et le personnel très agréable. De plus, l'hôtel était très bien situé à deux minutes à pieds de la plage. Par contre, il est indiqué sur la page que l'hôtel offre un service de navette pour l'aéroport, mais ce n'est pas le cas. Également, bien qu'il y ait effectivement du wifi gratuit, il était pratiquement inaccessible depuis notre chambre. Il fallait aller à la piscine pour l'utiliser. Dans notre chambre, il n'y avait qu'une petite lampe qui fonctionnait, donc très peu de luminosité et il fallait attendre plus de 30 minutes pour avoir environ 12 minutes d'eau chaude, mais ce n'est pas comme ça dans toutes les chambres.Le petit déjeuner continental est composé d'une très petite salade, une petite salade de fruits, un oeuf et du pain. Il n'est pas possible de choisir. Finalement, il faut idéalement savoir bien parler et comprendre l'espagnol puisqu'il n'y avait qu'une personne qui pouvait comprendre et un peu parler le français. Personne ne semblait comprendre ou parler l'anglais.

Lamentablemente las fotos que aparecen de este hotel no van con la realidad. El servicio fue horrible, el hotel no se encuentra en buenas condiciones. Lo único que está pasable es el área de la piscina. Inclusive habíamos reservado 2 noches y preferimos pagar la penalidad y quedarnos sólo un día y porque de verdad era muy tarde para buscar hotel pq sino hubiera cancelado los dos días. No recomiendo el hotel para nada.

Das Hotel liegt gegenueber des Sosua Strandes allerdings muss man eine gefaehrliche Hauptstrasse ueberqueren. Das Hotel ist sehr einfach und die Zimmer sind ausreichend eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage ist das Highlight. Die betten sind zwar gross aber nicht mehr OK. Die Matratze ist der absolute Bandscheiben Killer. Kein Fruehstueck und auch ueberhaupt will man da nicht essen. Fuer eine Nacht ok aber eigentlich nicht mehr als 20 Euro wert!
