Residenza Le Sirene – Panoramic Sea & Vesuvius Terrace with Free Private Parking

Residenza Le Sirene is a home designed for experiencing Sorrento with space, beautiful views and convenience, without having to choose between proximity to the centre and tranquillity. Located on the third floor of a building with an elevator, the apartment accommodates up to 7 guests in spacious, bright and carefully designed interiors, enhanced by a wonderful private panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, Mount Vesuvius and the Sorrento Peninsula. Completing the experience is something particularly valuable in Sorrento: free private parking right next to the entrance of the building.



The living area is the heart of the home, a generous and welcoming space where everyone can relax and spend time together. Elegant furnishings and decorative artwork give the room character, while a comfortable double sofa bed and a second single sofa provide flexible sleeping arrangements for larger groups. The dining area features a large wooden table and a Smart TV, while the fully equipped and well-organised kitchen blends naturally into the living space through a practical peninsula, creating a functional and sociable setting for guests who wish to cook during their stay.



Each bedroom offers its own atmosphere and features. The main double bedroom, furnished in a classic style and equipped with a Smart TV, enjoys a beautiful open view of the sea and Mount Vesuvius, making the landscape part of the experience from the moment you wake up. The second bedroom features two single beds, generous storage space, a desk that can also be used as a workspace and direct access to the balcony overlooking the surrounding hills and urban landscape. The third bedroom has a more contemporary character and has been designed as a multifunctional room: during the day it can be used as a study, while at night the single sofa bed transforms it into a comfortable sleeping area. It also includes a desk, Smart TV and access to the balcony.



The apartment has two complete bathrooms, both with windows and showers, providing extra convenience for families, groups and longer stays. One of the bathrooms also includes a washing machine.



Guests are provided with complete bed linen sets, three towels per person – face towel, shower towel and bidet towel – as well as a courtesy kit with soap, shampoo and toilet paper. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi suitable for remote working and streaming, and Smart TVs in several rooms.



One of the most memorable features of Residenza Le Sirene is found outside. The large private panoramic terrace offers a privileged space to slow down and enjoy Sorrento from a different perspective. The view stretches across the sea and Mount Vesuvius, along the Sorrento Peninsula towards Punta Campanella, combining natural scenery with authentic glimpses of the city and its historic buildings. It is the perfect place to begin the morning with breakfast outdoors, relax after a day of exploring or simply enjoy the view as evening falls.



The location allows you to reach the centre of Sorrento conveniently within a few minutes while remaining pleasantly removed from its busiest areas. A car is therefore not essential for enjoying the town, but guests arriving with their own vehicle benefit from free private parking located right next to the building entrance. In a destination where parking can be difficult to find and often expensive, this is a significant advantage, especially for those who wish to use Sorrento as a base for independently exploring the Sorrento Peninsula and the surrounding area.



Guests are personally welcomed by a member of our staff, who will accompany you into the apartment, show you the property and provide all the information you need for your stay. For this reason, your approximate arrival time must be agreed in advance. We will contact you privately in the days before your stay to arrange check-in.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Arrivals between 8:30 PM and 11:30 PM are subject to a €30 late check-in fee, while arrivals between 11:30 PM and 2:00 AM are subject to a €50 fee, payable in cash upon arrival. Check-out is required by 10:00 AM.



Upon arrival, a valid identity document will be required for each guest in order to complete the mandatory registration with the competent Italian authorities, as required by law.



The Sorrento tourist tax is also payable in cash upon arrival. It applies from April to October, subject to any changes in local regulations, and is €4 per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights. Minors are exempt.
