Hotel was super clean and the food was excellent. A big breakfast is included and the dinner we had one night was as good as any restaurant in the area. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Great pool area. Highly recommend this hotel. 15-20 minute walk to the main plaza

Amazing property. Clean and well situated. The staff in the reception were always helpful and never missed a beat. Would recommend anyone stay here just because of the modern and clean rooms.

Friendly team, room was comfortable and nice balcony view of the pool. Found the evening menu wasn't appealling for my child so only ate at hotel and breakfast and a couple of lunchtimes.

The hotel is clean and quiet, the outdoor areas are lovely, breakfast was good, and the staff is responsive. It's not a luxury hotel, but it is comfortable. Be aware that it is a good 20 minute walk from the center of Sorrento. That said, we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Great location, comfortable and relaxing. Family property and the pride in the facility and service is obvious. Excellent dining options and be sure to book for breakfast. So good! A mini resort in beautiful Sorrento.

On the pictures on the property on Expedia the property looks lovely and modern, the only area that actually is true to this is the pool area which is really lovely however, even this area some staff played football by the pool and pool bar - hardly a relaxing environment to take in the beauty of Italy when you have to dodge a football coming your way on a sun lounger, very unprofessional. The rooms are far from what are pictured, the balcony in the room was ant infested and the furniture all rusty - I barely wanted to hang wet swimsuits on there to dry let alone sit there. The walls are so thin you can hear everything, we were ‘blessed’ to have room neighbours who woke very early every day and we could even see the light shining through the interconnecting door. The breakfast was probably one of the worst breakfasts we’ve ever had at a hotel, selection and quality of food very poor. Staff are very friendly and really helpful with booking things for you but, overall a disappointing stay - would not return.

Super noisy stayed three nights didn’t sleep two of them our room BT the front desk everyone someone came in to. Heck in or the phone rang woke us up and the people about of were loud i complained and nothing changed staff didn’t care taxi was very expensive to get where you needed to get to walk to places.

The place looks clean at first glance but itsnt. When they clean the room they do a minimum job because the water bottle that was on the floor the night before was still there when they cleaned. Also its not as nice as they make it in the pictures to me it was like being at my grandmas place if she had a pool. Theres no elevator so if your bags are heavy and you’re not up for holding them, don’t stay here. Staff was nice and helpful, pool was nice but that was all. I liked the shower. Its also 20 min walk from the main square.

The hotel and staff are all lovely. Breakfast is good, also lunch menu. Pool was beautiful, deep enough to swim, jacuzzi jets at the deeper end. Temperature lovely. Plenty of loungers and towels supplied. Bar lovely, home made lemon granite. Could do with coffee or tea making in rooms. Rooms are clean and bright with lovely balcony. Our flight was cancelled and the reception staff very helpfully arranged an extra night and a taxi to the airport in the early hours of the morning, Thank You! We had a great time.

We would definitely stay here again. It’s of a very high standard for a 3 star property. The pool and staff were exceptional and convenience of having an on-site restaurant at reasonable prices was a bonus. The buffet breakfast was good and the home made cakes were a welcomed treat. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Spotless boutique hotel a short (about 20 minute) walk away from the City Centre or the train. The grounds are immaculately kept and, in June, smelled of fragrant flowers and citrus trees. Cute room to stay as a Sorrento home base. Our room and shower had basic amenities of AC, fridge, soap, and towels but the restaurant servers were attentive with caffe and cappuccino. Pool and pool bar adjacent to the restaurant. Loved being able to start the day with a wonderful buffet breakfast. The management and staff take great pride in Hotel Florida and it shows in everything they do.

We are just back from staying at hotel Florida we had an amazing stay rooms modern and clean pool lovely breakfast great but most of all the staff were amazing all very attentive and all very hard working! Would definitely recommend staying we actually bought a small gift to show our appreciation on how hard everyone works.

The hotel was very clean, close to Serrento city centre only 18 mins walk and the room was very nice and comfortable for a family of 4. Staff were nice and helpful The only issue is the breakfast, it can be better otherwise everything else is perfect

A family run business. Lots of care goes into this property from the breakfast to the local information. Pool area is spotlessly clean and nothing is a bother to anyone that works there.

Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. We stayed for 5 nights ( we extended our stay as it was so good!) It has a fantastic pool, restaurant and bar that you could stay at all day. A highlight was the bedrooms - the shower is huge and very comfortable super king size beds. They helped us plan our stay with recommendations for Capri, Scooter hire and restaurants. Very few hotels I would go back to again and again but this is one !

Great hotel
This is a great hotel, family owned has free parking and a restaurant and bar on site. They are very nice. It’s a little far from the center of town. (15 min walk) but we knew that going into it nothing against the hotel. If you are driving a car in it’s a good spot to get around and in and out of Sorrento to explore.

The hotel was a bit out of the center of town. We always felt like it was an oasis when we arrived home at night. So nice to get out of the chaos of the city. The best thing was knowing we could come home and enjoy an excellent meal for a good price without having to leave the property. The service at the restaurant was above and beyond. The hotel staff were very helpful when we were trying to navigate the area. We were also very happy to discover, with the staff’s help, an area just a few blocks from the hotel where we could enjoy the sunset along with drinks and dinner - out of the crowded city. It was a great location if you are able to walk a bit.

Superb hotel
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Florida. The rooms were very clean and modern, all of the staff friendly, and the pool and gardens amazing. Breakfast was good with a very wide range to choose from. The only negative point was that there seemed to be poor sound insulation to the room above as we could hear everything and sadly the folk above us were exceptionally noisy! But we'd still choose to stay here again.

The property was close to all amenities and the staff were excellent. There isn’t a mini fridge in the room, however the bar downstairs is amazing and makes the best lemoncello spritz in sorrento! Loved the hotel, pool is amazing, I would stay again :)
