Extending over 350m² and 4 floors, it sleeps up to 12 people. Access to the villa is on the main road via an automatic gate which leads to a parking spot for two cars with an electric car charging station. A few steps lead down to the ground floor where there is an enclosed veranda and a light-filled, spacious living room where you can relax in comfort. A corridor leads to the kitchen which overlooks the furnished outdoor patio and is equipped with a hob, sink, 60cm and 90 cm ovens, fridge-freezer with ice dispenser, dishwasher, and table with chairs. Steps from the veranda lead down to the basement area and the SPA which includes a sunken hot tub, sauna, emotional shower and a furnished fitness area. There’s also a laundry room. An internal staircase leads directly from the basement to the living room. A lift is available from the basement right up to the attic floor, in addition to the internal staircase with stairway lighting. There’s also a furnished sea view terrace and close by, a restaurant and bar. The villa has a private swimming pool of 3.40x1.80 m, 50 cm deep. It is open from May 1st to October 31\. That’s on us for not visualizing the stated dimensions of said pool in home description. Hot tub was cold. Giada did arrange for plumber to come to adjust spa from cold to warm. Emotional shower and sauna were fabulous. Bathrooms and showers were clean and very good. Bring your own shampoo etc as none is provided. Giada gave us good suggestions on beach clubs and transportation options. She did arrange for a chef to come although it was lost in translation that we wanted an in home cooking class. We did not have enough time to enjoy the property Entire property was beautiful. Booklet with instructions to everything was very helpful. Kitchen could use a microwave and a few basic items such as paper towels, coffee, sweetener and water. Unfortunately the lack of a door code made it difficult for our party because we had to all be together to enterexit. A door code would have also alleviated our horrible checkin experience. We arrived right on time and had to wait on the side of the road for 45 min because our greeter was running late with her earlier check in and none of her colleagues responded when she asked someone to meet us. There were also ants in the two ground floor bathrooms, so these two items impacted our overall experience. The rooftop had a cool view, and the location was ok given the large property.
