Farm with great location, near the Center and Santa Casa hospital, overlooking Serra do Japí, all walled (full privacy), electronic gate, homemade, all wooded and grassy, ample parking, terraced house, wheelchair accessibility, barbecue with pizza oven, table for 10 people with great space, freezer, external bathroom, shower and 2 sun loungers. 8 x 4 pool with waterfall and lighting.
