Déçues
Les critères annoncés dans l annonce ne sont pas exactes : pas de wifi ni d'internet en fait il a fallu insister un peu pour au final avoir une connexion sur un seul téléphone pour 3 personnes.
Quant à l'état global de l'appartement, le ménage laisse à désirer : draps housses tâchés, poussière, toiles d'araignées, micro ondes remis en "état" à l'aide d'un coup de peinture à l'interieur (nocif), dysfonctionnement permanent de la chasse d'eau malgré l'intervention du propriétaire à notre arrivée. L'état du logement laisse à désirer car c'est un logement très humide. Odeur d'humidité empreignée sur nos vêtements malgré de nombreux vaporisateurs automatiques de désodorisants mis en place par les propriétaires. Tringle du rideau du séjour mal fixée, nous est tombée dessus quand nous avons voulu fermer le rideau.
Cour exterieure : pourrait être très agréable si un entretien minimum était fait : désherbage, changement des matelas de chaise longue (restent probablement dehors 365j/an....)
Les équipements laissent à désirer : pas de torchon, pas de serpillère.
Une douche à l'italienne placée face aux toilettes, même en etant soigneux, éclaboussures voire inondation garanties.
Distributeur de savon rempli à l'eau dans lequel il restait un fond... Eponges sales. Un jacuzzi que nous attendions avec impatience mais qui etait bien loin de correspondre à nos attentes. En réalité, jacuzzi de récupération qui ne fonctionne pas partout, dans une pièce qui sent l'humidité et qui à certaines heures se met à dysfonctionner. Appuie têtes jaunatres, couvercle du jacuzzi qui s'effrite dans l'eau. Cela ne vaut pas 50€ payés en espèce à notre arrivée.
Bruit : Les vacanciers profitent pleinement des soirées en ligne de la propriétaire ainsi que de ses conversations téléphoniques quotidiennes.
Pendant l'absence des propriétaires, leur chien n'a cessé d'hurler jusqu'à 1h30 du matin.
Intervention d'entreprise de débroussaillage le matin au réveil à 8h30 puis à 10h le lendemain.
Attention terrain miné d'excréments d'animaux à l'entrée même de la propriété.
En résumé : au premier coup d'oeil, logement correct, nous avons été très bien accueillies par le propriétaire qui lui, était très sympathique mais on s'aperçoit rapidement que l'état général est un peu insalubre.
Nous avons rendu l'appartement plus propre qu'il ne l'était lors de notre arrivée.
Logement correct pour une nuit.

Propriétaires sympa et accueillant. Logement bien situé et au calme. Mais la propreté laisse à désirer et il faudrait mettre à disposition un aspirateur.
