This is a great little hotel right in the centre of desenzano .The traditional Italian style room was a really good size with a good shower.Tea and coffee were provided with a kettle in the room and also a good size TV.The breakfast was fabulous and really good quality.A selection of cheese, meat, eggs, breads, pastries ,croissants ,yoghurts, fruit juice and plenty of hot tea and coffee. The staff were really helpful and friendly.I would definitely stay again .

We only stayed a few nights and so didn't use the pool. However, the room (deluxe double) was very clean and had a balcony overlooking the lake, with the most splendid view. It was lovely to wake up to every morning. The breakfast was great and as we were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary we had an amazing evening meal, the owner served us and she made it extra special....thank you! I shall always remember it.

"The facility strove to have an air of old world elegance, but did not really live up to that. There were obvious signs of renovations that were of an average quality. They charged for any extras, including water which other places provide for free. The food in the accompanying restaurant was average ..."

"Perfect location near the train station. Clean and quiet—ideal for business travel. The only downside was a booking issue: we reserved and paid for 3 junior suites in advance, but only received 2. The 3rd room was downgraded."
