In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises, single garage (extra). Grocery 700 m, bus stop 450 m. Ski bus stop 450 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Canazei (Sella Ronda) 15 km, Alpe Lusia 5 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
