"In booking information it was not stated that we should receive and give back keys at the office of the renting-agency. We spent approx.an hour in the traffic-jam to reach the apartment and then we got information that keys are at their office.so I asked to bring keys to the apartment and they did it,we just needed to wait when they will arrive (it took approx.15-20min because of the intensive traffic).
