A must place to stay if visiting Kagoshima needing easy access to train station, trams to get around the city and the airport bus. Just across the road from Kagoshima-Chou station, with underground access and above road covered walkway if raining.
Best way to get to/from airport is with the airport bus for a 40 min ride. The hotel is in the same building as the bus, with exceptionally easy access. No problems with noise or security as rooms start on level 8. Reception is on level 7 with card access to floors with rooms.
Rooms are clean and comfortable. Definitely a must to book a room with Sakurajima view, as sunrise views are must see with a smouldering volcano. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again on next visit to Kagoshima.
