8.4/10 Very good! (12 reviews)
The hotel was in a nice location, close to everything, including the free shuttle to go to Lech to ski. The staff was so kind and accommodating. I did not think the bed and pillows were comfortable at all…& I think they need a better vibe in the lounge and bar area. It was too quiet. Would’ve been nice to play some lounging music. Also, the fitness room could use some improvement.

The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered ..."
