Two very comfortable weeks at Lokschuppen!
The house is very comfortable, clean and with a lot of space. Everything you need is in the house. The garden in the back is very nice. Contact with David was very good. What can be improved? On the front of the house. A large green or wooden screen on de left side for a little bit more privacy? Hope to return to Lokschuppen :)

Habe mehr erwartet.
In das Objekt wurde mal viel Geld investiert. Die Lage ist ok. Links daneben ist eine Baufirma, rechts daneben gleich die Abfallsammelstelle. Wer Ausflüge macht bekommt davon wenig mit. Die Lautstärke ist absolut ok. Der Garten ist eingezäunt und riesig. Im hinteren Teil des Hauses befindet sich eine Terrasse zum frühstücken etc. leider mit Lampe mit Bewegungsmelder, wer lange draußen sitzt schüttelt die Arme andauernd. Ein Sonnenschirm für die frühen Stunden wäre hier hilfreich. Leider nur eine Sonnenliege, das Ist aber im Inserat so angegeben. Couch und Stühle sind sehr angenehm, was zum entspannen einlädt. Negativ aber waren der Schimmel im Bad und an den Fenstern und der allgemeine Sauberkeitszustand. Unter dem Bett lagen Wollmäuse und die Schlappen, Taschentücher vom Vormieter. Das ist ein No Go. Den Gartentisch haben wir erstmal geschrubbt, damit drauf gegessen werden kann. Im Haus waren viele Spinnweben. Hier muss der Reinigungsdienst dringend nachbessern! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super, alle Infos sofort per Mail erhalten, beim Einkaufen wurde uns per WhatsApp binnen 10mim geantwortet welche Kaffeepads man braucht, auch das war Super, eine normale Kaffeemaschine wäre aber denke ich besser. In der Küche fehlt ein Nudelsieb, gehört eigentlich zur Grundausstattung.

Im grünen Herzen Deutschlands
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte einwandfrei. Wir waren zu dritt in der Fewo und hatten dementsprechend viel Platz. Die Ausstattung ist z.T. über dem Üblichen, vieles (z.B. Backofen, Nespressomaschine, Waschmaschine) haben wir gar nicht genutzt. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist das sicher sehr angenehm. Spiele sollte man allerdings selber dabei haben. Unterhalb befindet sich ein Fußballplatz und in der Nähe ein toller Spielplatz. Tags und vor allem abends ist sehr ruhig, am frühen Morgen (einmal ab 4.00!) rumpelte es an einigen Tagen heftig in der benachbarten Bioabfall-Annahmestelle. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung eine angenehme Station, um ein paar Tage im wunderschönen Eichsfeld zu verbringen.

Wir waren zu dritt für ein verlängertes Wochenende in der Gegend, das Ferienhaus ist dafür perfekt geeignet, es war alles so wie beschrieben, David ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber, die Kommunikation war schnell und unkompliziert. Die Terrasse ist perfekt für Frühstück und Entspannung, es war sehr ruhig. Wir würden auf jeden Fall ein zweites Mal dort wohnen wollen.

Schöne Unterkunft im Norden Thüringens
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell, unkompliziert und freundlich. Das Ferienhaus ist für eine vierköpfige Familie groß und geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Lage würde ich als interessant beschreiben, aber sehr ruhig. Der Ort ist sehr schön und ein toller Kinderspielplatz ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Schöne Zeit
Es war alles super! Der Lokschuppen ist wirklich toll! Ganz viel Licht, süße kleine Lampen, große Räume und viel Platz! Die kleinen Details lassen alles insgesamt zu etwas besonderem werden. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, alles schön sauber und selbst an Seife, Fit, Kaffeepads, Waschmaschinen-Pods oder auch Backpapier und Alufolie ist gedacht. Insgesamt hat es uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen! Nur zu empfehlen!

Tolle Unterkunft für pure Erholung
Aus dem alten Lokschuppen ist eine tolle und hell eingerichtete Unterkunft geworden, die super zur Erholung dient. Wenn man für ein paar Tage Ruhe und Zeit nur für sich sucht, ist man hier genau richtig. Auch der Check-In verlief problemlos und der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Wir können den alten Lokschuppen nur weiter empfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.
