(421 reviews) The Hotel is situated outside the city centre but perfectly connected to public transport. It feels safe and is very clean. Staff are friendly. Downsides for us: bathtub/shower very slippery, shower curtain sticks to everything and the water temperature fluctuates. Would still recommend and we will be back. (115 reviews) The four star Bulow Residenz is one minute walk down the road from the five star Bulow Palais. When we stayed at the Residenz the reception desk was only staffed for some of the day, so when checking out in the morning we had to walk to the Palais. It felt we were rather alone in the Residenz. But the reception member of staff at the Palais was extremely helpful and friendly and he answered all my questions.
