A lovely, charming place to stay, right in the middle of the Historic District of Cusco. The amenities are wonderful, and the staff goes out of its way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend it.

Incredible! Highly recommend the BELMOND experience for Cusco. It is right in the city centre and has such great history attached to it. I also recommend the spa, we did the three hour mother / daughter experience and loved it.

Expensive but worth every penny. Spectacular property. Impeccably maintained. Gave us an upgrade. Big, clean, attractive room. Super comfortable beds. Complimentary fruit, chips, chocolate, and drinks in room. Very good selection and quality at breakfast buffet. Free breakfast delivery to the room starting at 6. 24-hour room service for earlier departures. Excellent French restaurant. Fabulous massage. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Three-minute walk to main plaza. Complimentary liquor and coffee tastings. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice hotel. The staff were all really nice and ready to help. Clean rooms. Restaurant was really good especially our weiter Johann. Bar was well stocked with servers nice and knowledgeable. Would certainly go back.

"The location to this hotel is very nice, walking distance to the main square and the views from the balcony rooms are beautiful. The photos are nicer than the actual hotel itself and the balconies are small with no chairs like the photos suggest. There is no heating available and I only had hot water ..."
