One of the absolute highlights was the 24/7 hot water—a seemingly small detail that makes a huge difference, especially after a long day of adventuring in the Andes. Knowing I could always enjoy a warm shower was incredibly comforting. But the true hidden gem of this hotel has to be the stunning terrace located on the fourth floor. It's not just a terrace; it's a tranquil oasis! The views from up there are simply beautiful and incredibly relaxing, offering a panoramic vista of Pisac that allows you to truly soak in the town's charm. "I had my wallet stolen by the front clerk. I have an apple tracker in it that chimes, thankfully. Here is the story: I woke up and my wallet was gone. I opened my tracker app and played the chime. The wallet ended up being in the room next to me. I alerted the front desk, we found it, all the money was gone, they said “we don’t know the number for the police station”. I walked two blocks to the police. They kindly accompanied me back to the hotel. The money was magically found in the bed of the room where the wallet was and the police asked me not to file charges since the money was found. In between the cracks, obviously the clerk stole my wallet. Returned my money. And all was well in the end. Still, I wouldn’t dare stay here again. "
