I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Dresden Neustadt. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a short visit. You have to make sure to book a room in the main castle or otherwise the rooms will be in annex, need to walk outside for breakfast and reception. And the annex rooms are nothing special, actually a little lower quality than a business hotel. Breakfast is excellent
