Clean, great room with amenities, great gym, good breakfast…. HOWEVER.. they need to get it together with this place. It is a brand new hotel and the elevator was broken for most of our one night stay. The pool heater was broken, the lobby men’s bathroom was out of service. Such a beautiful and functional hotel should not be having so many issues so soon…. I know they have ongoing issues because we have family who stay at this very hotel regularly since it opened. The front desk lady was very sweet and I felt bad for her having to tell every person the elevator was broken (then was fixed for a very short time) but then broke again. Beautiful place but needs some work or you’re going to lose your customers that actually need these amenities.

I was originally booked into another nearby hotel, but when we arrived we discovered it was still under construction, and deserted! Hotels.com says they sent me a notice, but I never received it. They transferred my reservation to a nearby hotel, but before I realized that, they had rebooked me in a similar-named hotel in a different state! It eventually all got worked out, but I still have not heard an explanation or an apology for the error and confusion.
