Easy check in with an unmanned reception, but we were assigned the wrong room at first, and we were a bit confused when we didn't find our key, but after calling them the misunderstanding were fixed. Breakfast was ok. Lots of toys in the garden for the kids to play with, and some rabbits (at least I hope there were more than one rabbit in the cage, I saw only one) Room decor was interesting, it felt like spending the night at your grandmothers house, with floral curtains and a painted veiling. But it was comfortable and clean. Easy parking and close to Heide park.

Perfect for families with kids

Room number 21 is actually an apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The backyard is full of activities for kids. The room 21 is perfect for families who attend to assembly in Heidemark-Halle. Kids will love to play after sitting the whole day.

We arrived around 11.30pm as we drove up from Berlin. We called in advance and was notified of our room hence when we got to the front desk (there was no one there), we could pick up our keys and head towards our room with ease. The room was extremely clean with bedding and towels. We checked out at approximately 9.45am as we were heading to Heide Park. Do take note that there are no blackout curtains in the room so it was extremely bright from 6am onwards. It was an easy 5-10 mins drive to Heide Park hence I would recommend this accommodation if you’re just staying overnight and heading to the park.

Mold everywhere and irresponsible hotel.

We visited the hotel at 9:30 pm, there were nobody in receptions, we have to call and the instructions were very unclear from the phone. It took us more than 45 minutes to find the room, and unfortunately, the condition of the room is unacceptable. Due to health concerns—specifically mold on the mattress and walls—we cannot stay at the property. We therefore need to change a room. The hotel asked for 20 euro extra for change to another room, it turned out the new room also has mold problem. We didn’t stay there. We left the hotel at 10:30 PM.

Die besten Zeiten sind vorbei

Der Checkin sollte bis 22.00 Uhr besetzt sein, war aber schon 21.30 Uhr unbesetzt. Wir haben per SMS Anweisungen bekommen wir konnten uns den Schlüssel an der Rezeption aus einer Schüssel nehmen. Unser Zimmer war in einem anderen Gebäude, es war stockdunkel und es hat etwas gedauert, bis wir es gefunden haben. Wir mussten über die Wiese, weil ein Strauch den Weg versperrte. Das Zimmer sehr hellhörig, die Betten waren ok, aber das Badezimmer hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich, dazu ein Waschbecken so klein, wo man sich gerade die Hände waschen kann, Gesicht waschen ist Fehlanzeige. Das Frühstück war so ziemlich das einfachste, was ich bis jetzt erlebt habe. Sowohl die Sauberkeit im Frühstücksraum als auch die Pflege des Anwesens lässt zu wünschen übrig. Gut: Parkplatz auf dem Gelände. Insgesamt würden wir hier nicht mehr übernachten.

Besynderligt, ringe ophold.

Ingen til at tage i mod os i receptionen. Flere andre der ankom samme tid som os anede ikke hvilket værelse de skulle have og hvor det befandt sig. Vi måtte ringe til et telefonnummer og efterfølgende modtage en SMS på tysk om hvad vi skulle gøre. Da vi skulle have morgenmad kunne han ikke finde vores værelses nummer og jeg skulle fremvise kvitteringer på min telefon fra hotels.com. Det er oplyst at der er restaurant. Det er der bestemt ikke. Der er et ældgammel menukort og det er det. Tydeligvis har dette "hotel" set bedre dage. Man kunne ikke stå op og tage bad, da skråvæggen var i vejen. Virkelig et besynderligt ophold. Men vi kom dog i Heide Park, og det var det hele værd.

Let at køre til. Let at parkere. check-in var anderledes da det foregik via et telefonopkald som blev afsluttet med SMS, hvori info om at finde nøgler selv i receptionen. Det fungerede okay. At de kun taler tysk, kan vel forventes når man nu er i Tyskland. Vores værelser var renoverede og var okay standard. Vi var der for at overnatte. Morgenmaden var simpel med meget lidt udvalg. Vi blev mætte.

Godt placeret i forhold til vores tur i Heide-Park, men vi boede i familieværelse/lejlighed i kælderen, med 2 værelser, tekøkken, opholdsrum og badeværelse. Kælderen var kold, fugtig og meget beskidt da vi ankom med edderkopper og spindelvæv i alle hjørner. Køleskabet var fyldt med mug, så vi ikke ville opbevare vores fødevarer der.

Absolute Vollkatastrophe Check in per SMS,Schlüssel liegt da und da,die Unterkunft total abgeranzt,kein Rasen gemäht,der Teich eine Kloake,alles kaputt und ungepflegt!Das Apartment hat übel gerochen,in einem unbeschreiblichen Zustand,so was hab ich noch nicht gesehen.Haben eingecheckt uns dann eine andere Unterkunft gesucht und haben sofort wieder ausgecheckt!Unglaublich,angeblich 3 Sterne,denen muss die Lizenz entzogen werden!!!
