Horrible hotel
"-10 out of 10!!!! The hotel was crap, no bar, no hot water, no staff at night, no fan.....the wall is broken, not worth the money at all. Should give me the refund!"

"Worst Sheraton I have ever stayed in, shower leaked flooding the bathroom flood, then toilet leaked toilet water all over the floor. Requested a room change which was not able to fulfilled. So disappointed & disgusted with this resort we ended up finding alternative accommodation and not staying ..."

"The staff were friendly on arrival but there was a mix up in rooms we were assigned to. We had to move within a couple of hours after we checked in but that was well taken care of. However, when we called to see if there was availability for the tennis courts we were told to come to the activities ..."
