In the heart of the preserved old village of the charming, typical wine-growing town of Sologny (listed Romanesque church from the 12th century, several castles, wash houses, historic residences, etc.), nestled "on a balcony" on the south-facing hillside. Magnificent landscaped setting in the hollow of a bucolic valley of vineyard hillsides & meadows under the wooded ridges of vast surrounding wild forests (to be explored during walks or mountain bike rides). Very comfortable cottage. Ultra spacious. Large living room. Warm country style with contemporary accents. Complete high quality equipment. Zen & very gentle atmosphere.
