Facing south and out of sight, the villa offers a secure private swimming pool, beautiful sun terraces and several outdoor spaces to fully enjoy the holidays.

The house is particularly suitable for families, couples and travellers looking for tranquility, relaxation and respect for the neighbourhood.

Villa IKIGAÏ allows you to enjoy both the calm of Provence and the proximity of the Mediterranean.

Toulon, Hyères and the Var beaches are easily accessible, as well as the Provençal markets, vineyards, villages and many nature trails.

⚠️ IMPORTANT BEFORE BOOKING

Villa IKIGAÏ is located in a particularly quiet residential environment.

We are very keen to preserve this tranquillity and the excellent relations we have with our neighbours.

The villa is therefore intended for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, but it is not suitable for festive stays.

• No gatherings or undeclared outside guests
• Outdoor music only at reasonable volume
• Calm imperative from 10pm
• Respect for the area essential
• The number of people indicated at the time of booking must be respected

If you are looking for a home to relax, enjoy the pool, the sun and discover our beautiful region, you will be at home here.

On the other hand, if the objective of your stay is to party or listen to music at a loud volume, we thank you for choosing a more suitable accommodation.

🧹 CLEANLINESS AND MAINTENANCE DURING THE STAY

Villa IKIGAÏ is delivered to you perfectly clean on your arrival.

End-of-stay cleaning does not exempt you from routine maintenance during your holiday. We simply ask you to keep the house in a normal state of cleanliness: sweep or vacuum when necessary, clean crumbs and food scraps and empty the bins regularly.

In summer, food scraps and crumbs left on the ground can very quickly attract ants and other insects.

Of course, we're not asking you to do a big clean during your holiday, just to take care of the house as you would at home.

We prefer to be completely transparent before booking so that everyone can have a great holiday.
