House 'Haus' with 4 Bedrooms, Large Terrace and Wi-Fi

Our four-bedroom house is located in a quiet, natural setting in Solingen and offers plenty of space for a relaxing and enjoyable stay with family or friends. The house accommodates up to 8 guests and features a comfortable living room, a well-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a guest WC. Wi-Fi and smart TVs with streaming services are available in the living area and all bedrooms. To use paid streaming services, you will need your own account and cover any associated costs. For families with children, there is a baby cot, high chair, as well as books and toys. Washing machine, dryer, and drying rack are also provided.



The spacious outdoor area and garden invite you to relax and unwind. For our younger guests, there is a playhouse with slide, swing, and sandbox. The peaceful location by the forest offers many opportunities for walks, hikes, and bike rides on marked trails. A lovely restaurant is nearby. In summer, an outdoor swimming pool is within walking distance, and in winter, there is an ice rink, both easily reachable on foot.



A bus stop is about 150 m down the street. Further bus connections, shopping facilities, and a small town center (Solingen-Wald) are easily accessible on foot uphill, about 900 m away. Parking is available directly at the house. The entire house features underfloor heating and electric shutters. There is also a ventilation system throughout the house, which can be operated manually in each room if needed. In summer, the rooms stay cooler and in winter a bit warmer. Pets are allowed for an extra fee per night with prior arrangement. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house.
