Solingen for the Euros and a walk

Overall satisfactory. Communication was limited as the host was away on vacation. Description said there was a spa, never saw one. The floors are really squeaky. The combination bedroom living room was difficult for 4 adults needing 3 bedrooms.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns super gefallen! Die Wohnung ist total gemütlich eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Fußläufig ist man schnell im Wald. Armin ist auch total lieb und geht sehr auf seine Gäste ein. Alles in allem kann ich die Wohnung also wärmstens empfehlen :)

** Nicht empfehlenswert! Die Wohnung schimmelt!**

Nachdem sich der Check-In schon schwierig gestaltet hat, da wir den Schlüssel nicht gefunden haben und der Eigentümer erst nach Stunden geantwortet hat, hat sich das Gefühl auch bis zum Ende durchgezogen.Die Betten waren komplett durchgelegen. Meine Mitarbeiter und ich sind jeden tag mit immer schlimmeren Rückenschmerzen aufgewacht. Die Wohnung ist für bis zu 11 Personen ausgelegt und es gab gerade mal 2!! Töpfe und davon nicht mal ein Großer! Wir mussten mehrfach Nudeln kochen, da der Topf so klein war, dass er nicht mal für 4 Personen gereicht hat. Was aber am schlimmsten war ist, dass die Wohnung teilweise geschimmelt hat (Bilder sind davon auch vorhanden) und sich die Tapete ortsweise gelöst hat.Da wir tagsüber um die 12 Stunden gearbeitet haben, mussten wir zum Glück nur die Nacht dort verbringen. Wäre es zeitlich möglich gewesen, hätten wir die Wohnung auch umgehend gewechselt!Als wir den Eigentümer im Nachhinein mit dem Schimmel etc. konfrontiert haben, hat sich dieser sehr unkooperativ gezeigt und meinte nur, dass das ja kein Schimmel sei! Also ich glaube als erwachsene Person haben wir schon mal alle Schimmel gesehen und die Bilder wurden auch an FeWo weitergeleitet!Wir können diese Wohnung absolut niemandem weiterempfehlen und raten inständig davon ab!

Urgemütliches Treffen mit langjährigen Freunden

Lage nah am Naturschutzgebiet mit guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr, lädt gleichzeitig zu Wanderungen und Besichtigungen (z.B. Schoß Burg, Wuppertal) ein. Gepflegte, zweckmäßig und gleichzeitig mit persönlichem Charme eingerichtete Wohnung. Freundlicher und unkomplizierter Umgang mit Vermieter und Hausbewohnern. Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen!

„Im Duden kommt Leben vor Putzen“

Zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung. Alles nötige ist vorhanden. Altbau mit Charme. Kritikpunkte: der Fußboden knarrt bei jedem Schritt und die smarten Thermostate sind an sich eine gute Sache, jedoch nur wenn sie funktionieren - ansonsten bleibt das Bad kalt.

2 Nächte waren wir da. Die Beschreibung wie man in der Wohnung kommt war gut. Der erste Eindruck war ernüchternd. In der ganzen Wohnung knarten die Dielen. Betten sind unbequem so das ein erholsamer Schlaf für uns in der Zeit nicht möglich war. In Sachen Sauberkeit mussten wir um uns einigermaßen wohl zu fühlen,selber Hand anlegen. In unseren Augen stimmt das Preis Leistung Verhältnis nicht 😔
