"I am pregnant and have little ones. We got in late and the room smelled so horribly of cigarette smoke. So bad we were not able to sleep well. Also very poor breakfast. Will not be staying here again. "

"Pros:Greatly built ADU with a private entrance. The instructions were clear for arrival and the amenities were great. Andy had coffee available and the washer/dryer was major plus for us. There was plenty of blankets and items in the bathroom. There wasn’t any paper towels or a sponge to wash our dishes, but I’m sure that was just an oversight. The place is close to restaurants, the beach, and some great trails.Cons:The listing didn’t specify that the owners were onsite. We normally don’t book places where the owners are onsite as we like our privacy. My wife wasn’t to fond of the area. In our two nights here, we heard gunshots and fireworks. The back door was not able to lock and we had to put the moveable island in front of it to keep the door from opening during the winds. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, but that could also be a personal preference."
