"We chose this house for a family reunion and celebration of my husband‘s 85th birthday. Our family ranges in age from 15 to 85, one family branch coming from San Diego and the other one from Camarillo. We just had a short drive from Ventura. The house was fantastic. Beautiful right on the ocean lots of room indoors and out. The beds were comfortable the living spaces were open and gave us lots of options for reading, playing games, watching TV. We also enjoyed the outdoor area very much. The barbecue was a little small, but it worked for cooking some of our meals, Some of our family really enjoyed the hot tub. And we roasted marshmallows under the stars by the fire pit. The two master bedrooms are spectacular with Florida ceiling French windows that open completely.The neighborhood is quiet and gated. Sunny Days, the property manager, was very responsive when we had questions. We were very impressed with their service. We all had a fantastic time and would love to return."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family, spanning three generations, always loves spending time together at the beach. This was our fourth year renting this house, and we enjoy both the location and how well it suits our needs. While the property is older and lacks some modern conveniences such as an ice maker or garbage disposal, it’s well-maintained. Cruz is great to work with, and we’ll definitely be back. :)"

"Cute Studio. Really comfy bed and slept so great!!! Parking on street was available. Property management was responsive to my questions and nice! Refrigerator nice and cold. Air conditioner worked great. Easy access to beach and downtown. We had fun!! Be sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. They had tiny little containers and shampoo not sudsy. The Shower head is mostly clogged and it was hard to even wash my hair - I counted 25 holes not working. LOL They could easily put bricks in front of the holes at the bottom of the fence line to block it in the back yard. My tiny dog squeezed under and I called over the fence to the neighbor to get my dog but luckily my tiny dog was scared and ran back. It was mostly clean but I picked up some dust bunnies on the floor."
