The moment we opened the front door, we were absolutely blown away by the spectacular oceanfront view through the retractable all-glass windows—what an amazing touch and a nice surprise! The view from the deck is nothing short of breathtaking, with the ocean stretching out in every direction. We spent countless hours just relaxing, soaking it all in, and watching the waves crash against the shore. We saw multiple dolphin pod sightings. Our timing was perfect too, as we were there during a high surf warning, so as we relaxed in the jacuzzi, the ocean treated us to nightly water shows that left us in awe. It's a view you could never tire of. The home itself is clean and beautifully decorated, offering the perfect blend of style and comfort. The location couldn’t be better—quiet, peaceful, and just a short walk or drive to some of the best local beaches and restaurants. It’s the ideal mix of seclusion and convenience.We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. Whether you’re looking to relax, explore, or simply bask in nature’s beauty, this beach house is a perfect retreat. We will definitely be back!"

"My sister and I stayed here for a quiet birthday getaway and it was wonderful. The house is just as described, and roomier than we expected. The outdoor space is fantastic! We spent most of our time at the house sitting on the front porch or patio, enjoying the lovely Spring weather. One thing to note is that you are pretty close to the 101 freeway and train so you do hear that throughout the day, but it didn't bother us at all. We just hadn't realized that ahead of arrival. Beds are comfy, loads of towels and bedding. Everything you could need is available in the kitchen. There's an nice office space that my sister used and the garage is setup as an extra hangout space. It's close to the beach and the The Cliff House Inn where we had great bougie brunch at The Shoals restaurant. Martha was super responsive and very nice. Check-in and out were a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Wonderful visit with the family. House is well equipped and an amazing location. As others described, tide affects whether you can access the sand / ocean, but it is an easy walk to Mondos Beach on the road all day."
