"The non-smoking room smelled strongly of smoke. Streak of dirt on the bathroom wall. Generally an icky feeling. Couldn’t get the ac to turn off so we were freezing. Everything was set up nicely but it felt like the staff was doing all they could with a base that needs work. "

"Room was clean, the exterior was kept. The night staff was unhelpful. Didn’t give breakfast information or WiFi information. Towels were not soft. Price was GREAT- so not disappointed."

"My stay at Sleep Inn was extremely disappointing. The hotel is clearly run down and not properly maintained. The room had visible mold, which is a major health concern, along with a strong musty odor that made the space uncomfortable. Cleanliness was poor overall—surfaces didn’t appear to be properly cleaned, and the condition of the room did not meet basic standards. The hallways and common areas also looked neglected, which made the entire property feel unsafe and uninviting. The biggest letdown was the breakfast. It was advertised as an amenity, but there were very limited options available, and the quality was unacceptable. It did not match what was promised at all. Additionally, the overall experience felt like the hotel lacks proper management and upkeep. For the price paid, this stay was not worth it. I would not recommend this property to others and strongly suggest improvements be made to cleanliness, maintenance, and guest services."

"My handicap room the TV didn’t work. Had to he move to a regular room. Went to the pool the furniture was to dirty to set on. The breakfast area only had 1 bagel no toast or coffee. "
